The staff were very nice and it was very convenient to have the restaurant right in the hotel. The food is very good. We had breakfast both days we stayed. We had a nice room with two double beds facing the lagoon/canal. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the main marina but it's a very easy and pleasant walk. The sheets were very good quality and soft which we appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable so overall we were happy to stay here.

The staff at Dreams were incredible! The food was delicious at all the restaurants we tried and the resort itself was perfect. This is a smaller resort which we really enjoyed and it is in a gated community with little shops and restaurants. We were there with 16 people of all ages and they all enjoyed it! The staff were so attentive and helped us with any requests that we had. They went above and beyond to make it extra special for us as we were there celebrating a 60th Birthday. This definitely will be a trip that we won't forget!
I would also recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club. There is a separate pool which is not as busy as the main pool and the bar staff are fantastic. You also are able to enjoy breakfast a la cart at the Oceana Restaurant which is outdoors and it is delicious. They also have an exclusive bar and appetizers on the 7th floor which is open early for a light breakfast and snacks at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.
We did also hire the photographer on site for family photos. We had a fun time taking pictures and they turned out amazing.
Casa Delfìn has a balcony and is set in Puerto Aventuras, within just 200 metres of Playa Puerto Aventuras and 700 metres of Bahia Xcacel Beach. This apartment provides accommodation with a patio.

Great accommodation, lots of space, very comfortable beds. The roof terrace space was nice. The pool was nice for the kids. Space very clean and lots of bits in the kitchen available for cooking. Great communication with the host. Good location and only 10 mins walk to the centre.

Location was good - central but quiet and an easy stroll to restaurants, bars, beach and golf. Safety was good with access points controlled onto the site. The maintenance staff are great and friendly, they helped with all the issues we had quickly and effectively. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a walk out onto the pool area. Air con generally good, but didn't work in one bedroom. Parking right outside the unit and although not dedicated we never failed to snag a spot.

We liked very much our room and the different places where you can sit down and relax. The variety of food and drinks was very good.
As it is an hotel with all inclusive, yo don't have to worry about nothing and enjoy the hotel facilities.

I'm not sure if Puerto Adventuras is a real town or just plays one on tv. Outside of the hotel, there are cafes and restaurants and a marina, but everything is only reachable by first entering the "town" through a gate which gave it a weird exclusive vibe. Great Italian cafe with real espresso and fresh basked pastries and bread, and a couple of restaurants. A kitchy bar with an Elvis impersonator, which was a lot of fun. Sadly, a dolphin pen is on-site as well. Kids playing, and scootering everyhwhere, so this seems a really safe spot for families.

The fact that the resort is in a gated community was fun to venture out during the day. We walked to the dolphin area and window-shopped at the market. Some of the souvenirs were more expensive than the airport. I know there is a supermarket not far that would probably have better prices pending on what you are looking for. People were friendly and we felt safe walking to and from the resort down to the marina. Golf carts were available for rent but we didn't see a need.

The restaurant area around the dolphin enclosure is nice.
The restaurant area around the dolphin enclosure is nice. Not a good beach destination if you like the ocean close by. You have to walk a lot to get to the beach, unless you are on one of the ocean-front hotels.
This is a gated community with several gated communities inside.

It does not feel like you're in Mexico at all, but rather somewhere in Florida. The worst of it all, when you go out in the Marina at night to have dinner and listen to concerts ... There are dolphins trapped in a pool in the middle of it who after have swam all day with tourists have to bear with the noise they are making at night leaving them no chance to properly rest, it's a shame in 2023!

An exclusive place with designer interiors, modern equipment (from kitchen appliances to stereo and lighting) and a special atmosphere. A separate pleasure is the balcony - a whole terrace overlooking the canal, where you can relax and watch the passing yachts. The house is located on the shady side, which creates a blissful coolness throughout the day. The neighbourhood is excellent - out of the tourist medley, in a fashionable area within walking distance to all the pleasures of Puerto Aventuras. Highly recommended
The location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to everything that you will need. Interesting layout, it looks like it was 3 hotel room converted to a condo. Entry level there is one room with double beds and a bathroom (shower) with washer and dryer. Second level has one room as the kitchen and living area and a bathroom (bathtub/shower). The second room is a king bedroom with it's own bathroom (shower). Every room has a balcony. Keypad entry system. Communication with owner was very good and fast response.
We looooved the Condo Size, the Host Carlos, it was clean, had Airconditioner in living room AND bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy and nice looking. Facilities were all working, massive fridge. Shops not too far away. We totally loved the location (next to Golf course), in a safe and complex (controlled gate at the entrance to Puerto Aventuras Village). The large pool was the highlight, especially for the kids but also myself. It was quiet and peaceful. Response from host, prompt and very helpful.
stay at the hotel was excellent - we were after Christmas to New Year -
great ... a magical place from the morning a swim in a small natural pool -
obo the sea channel - a lot of fish, skates, and moray eels, in addition to
thousands of fish.
Morning swings in the water gave joy to the children - and peace, from the
morning birds that sang - super missions - rooms modestly furnished but ok.
Very welcoming staff and check in. They helped us with the extra needed for traveling with a baby. They allowed us to check in early. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pools and grounds are lovely and the beach was superb. The location is tranquil and picturesque. It's an old fashioned hotel but it's well maintained and has a great vibe.
The view is great, ocean view; however, there is no beach access from the property...all the beaches around are private property or hotels' property...the closest public beach with white sand is a 20 min walk by the Marina, so if you want to enjoy the classic Riviera Maya white sand beaches - you need to walk or drive to Marina.
It's the best place I stayed so far in Mexico. The studio is very cozy. Everything is new. The room looks exactly as it's in the photo. It's so nice I didn't want to leave and definitely would come back. The owner was very helpful, asked my questions very quickly and gave me a lot of useful tips.
Very peaceful, modern and beautiful villa.
Only a couple of rooms.
Spacious room with a huge, comfy bed.
Nice bedroom.
A/C works strongly.
There is a well equipped kitchenette.
Agutis come to the garden :)
Puerto Aventuras is gated and safe location.
Mary Jo is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating, and an amazing cook! We stayed 3 nights in Puerto Aventuras for scuba diving, and this was a perfect place to recharge after a day outside, walking distance to all shops and restaurants.
very nice hotel, great value for money! we had the small penthouse with our own pool, which worked really well for us! very nice staff. located in a nice closed community compound, that feels more residential than touristic in a positive way.
The Whole stay was really amazing. The Hospitality was simply insane and Chan was always reachable for us. She was really supportive and we can highly recommend this accommodation. It was the best part of our Journey threw Mexico.
very clean, very central to the restaurants and shopping. Way nicer rooms than the all inclusive Barcelo next property over, and way better food choices too!
